In this video, IEA Communications Officer and Linda Whetstone Scholar Reem Ibrahim sits down with IEA Trade Fellow Shanker Singham. Shanker is one of the world's leading trade and competition lawyers, and worked on the privatisation of the UK electricity market. He was also the Director of the International Trade and Competition Unit (ITCU) of the Institute of Economic Affairs.
