ID Talks Inclusive Learning (and programme design) - Getting in contact with other people and sharing experiences is a powerful way of learning. However, for this learning to happen, we need to plan it conscientiously. When organising inclusive international youth experiences, we should we create the space and give tools for young people and team members to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes. But we also need to support them to identify the learning and change they went through. How can we make sure that all participants of youth project have meaningful learning experiences?
