Michael Gregory, Conflict Resolution Specialist, Author and former IRS agent

Michael and I met many years ago at a conference.  He was speaking about conflict resolution.  One of the 12 books he has authored, Collaboration Effect, is what drew me to him.

Entrepreneurs collaborate.  Large scale Institutions lead to collectivism.  We are better people when we collaborate.
