I See's Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's Up, Siight Team. You're listening to The Daily Game, the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote is about stress. Everyone has some level of stress, and some people can handle it better than others, or at least pretending to. Somebody told me that worrying and stressing is like putting a down payment on a problem

that you may not have. You're now putting yourself through more problems than the actual problem if it actually occurs. So it doesn't hurt to be aware of a situation, but stressing over it, you're actually taking a hit that you may never actually take. Anxiety. That's different. Before I do a show, I get anxious. I'm concerned because I want it to be a good show, So I have anxiety. We all suffer anxiety. Anxiety could be a good thing. You get in a new car, you're getting something new.

You're anxious, can't wait for it to happen. Kids always had Christmas anxiety. You couldn't even sleep the night before Christmas. That's one thing that's different than stress. Stress is more worrying about something. And like I say, it's okay to worry about things, but stressing over them and letting it harpen your brain like something's gonna go wrong, something's gonna go wrong, something's gonna go wrong. You almost manifest the negativity.

So be aware of issues that might happen, but constantly letting it sink into your brain to where some people can't function because of stress. You have to learn to address it and deal with it. Now, people will quickly say, well, what if it's money, What if you got bills coming and you don't have the money, Well, yes, that will stress you the fuck out. And I understand that I've been there. I've been in that place, and that kind of is what motivates my hustle. If you've ever been broke,

I've been broke. I've been homeless. Once I got myself off my ass and on my feet, I said never again. I could be making a million dollars, somebody could offer me something that's not that much money, a few hundred dollars, I'll be like, I'll take it because I know how important it is. And people always say, well, you refer things to money. I wouldn't care about money if everything in life didn't have a price, and I mean everything everything in life has a price. People like, well, you

could just go to the park. How are you gonna get to the park? Am I gonna walk to the park? If I want to go to the park, I need money to put gas. I need money for a uber ride your bike? Well, how do I get the bike? I steal the bike? Got to buy the bike, get a flat tire. Everything in life has a price. So all that being saying, we all gonna have a certain level of stress, but letting it overtake you and immobilize

you doesn't help. If you're stressing, your next agenda should be trying to figure out a way to remove that stress so it doesn't come back or you never have to deal with it again. This has been another ice cold fat from me ice tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass till then, stay safe, stay smart, and say knowing that stress will come and go. Once you get a handle on your stress level, it's

more easy to overcome. I gave us a production of iHeartRadio Final Level Entertainment and Oddity, an Asylum Entertainment Company. The show's executive producer is Noel Brown. Supervising producer is Jordan run Talk. If you like what you heard, please subscribe to leave us a review.
