I See's Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's up to Size Tea? You're listening to. The Daily Game a compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and help me through the game of life. Today's quote is something I keep in mind to stay motivated. Slam the door on the way out of making your deal. What this basically means is, don't talk about your deals or things you have prior to doing them. Don't go out and say, hey, I got
this big deal on the table. This is gonna happen, This is going to happen, This is going to happen. What you're gonna do. First, you're gonna jinx yourself. I'm not superstitious, but you're gonna jinx yourself. Secondly, you're giving your opponents a chance to fuck up your deal because you're made in it public, even if you're just broadcasting something vaguely like I got a big deal on the table, why do that? Learn to keep your fucking mouth shut,
hold on to it, don't talk about it. Now. You're gonna learn this lesson the easy way of the hard way. The hard way is you're gonna start telling people everything you plan on doing. As I said, a great percentage Jodo's deals are gonna fall through, and people are gonna start looking at you as a failure. Hey, what happened to that thing you said was gonna happen? Oh that didn't happen. Or you're gonna lie, which makes you a liar for no reason because you're trying to save face.
But it's all because you talk too much. You telling people what's gonna happen before it's happened. Learn not to talk about it. People in my world, my guys that are out looking for deals, they don't even bring the deal to me till it's damn near done. They will negotiate it, they will have it pretty much sealed before they bring it to me. Because if they bring it to me, they'll say, I got this on the table, I got this on the table. I might come back
and say, what happened to that? It fell through? It didn't go through, it didn't go through. It makes them seem like losers. Their statistics go off. It's like, wow, how many times you told me this was gonna happen and it didn't happen. I have a friend who has promised so many things that didn't happen. He should have just shut up and not said anything until the deal was done. Slam the door on the way out of
the deal. That's when you make noise. How many times have you seen things pop up on the internet or work I've done and you go this included you didn't know I was going to start doing daily games on the radio. I never said it, but it's on the air now. I could talk about it. But why talk about it prior to it happening and then for some reason this didn't happen. It makes me look stupid, So slam the door on the way out of the deal.
Don't talk about things before they happen. It makes you look like a loser when most of the things don't go through. This has been another ice cold fact from me. Iced team listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay knowing the deal's change and quite often you can lose the deal by talking about it before it happens.
