Speaker 1

I See's Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's up to Size Team? You're listening to The Daily Game the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote is when I've said, time and time again to the young hustlers looking for clout, stop jumping into a hustle thinking it's supposed to pop.

Speaker 2

You can't cheat the grind.

Speaker 1

People shed blood, sweating tears to make that shit look easy. The problem is people get into their hustles or whatever they decide they want to do in life, and they think it should just happen instantly. It's like looking at a football player and saying I can do that. You're forgetting that he was practicing in elementary school, junior high, high school, had to be one of the best in college, then made it to the pros, and then they still practice.

You don't see that. You just see game day and you think you can hit the field on game day. No you can't. There's no cheat code to the grind. You have to be willing to put in the work. The problem is there's so many people especially on social media pushing this overnight success thing.

Speaker 2

I did this and in one week I was a millionaire. Bullshit.

Speaker 1

I did this and in six months I became a billionaire.

Speaker 2

Bullshit.

Speaker 1

All the billionaires you know, unless you inherited it, had to grind for it and had to work for it.

Speaker 2

It's difficult and it takes time.

Speaker 1

So your theory that's something that supposed to pop any business, you got to give it. And I hate to say this, but sometimes five years or even more ten years, you have to be willing to put that work in to see the results. People look at me and they go, yo, Ice, I want to be like you, but they want to be like me right now. They want to cancel out. For thirty five forty years, I took grinding to get

to this position. They want everything I have tomorrow. Yes, it's possible for some overnight success to happen, but you probably have the same chance as getting struck by likening or winning the lot. Most people that are successful worked for it, and if.

Speaker 2

You're not willing to work, you're not gonna make it.

Speaker 1

People shed blood, sweat, and tears to make it look easy. That's what a professional does. They make something that is difficult seem easy. This has been another ice cold fact from me, Ice tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay knowing that the most successful people you see are the hardest hustlers.

Speaker 2

Of them all. I sees Daily Gaming.
