Today's quote is something I keep in mind and stay motivated. Some people aren't loyal to you. They're loyal to their needs of you. Once their needs change, their loyalty also goes away. Now this is a real thing.
I always say, you only have power over people if they're physically afraid of you, or you have something they need. I'll give you a good example. I had a recording studio in my house. I used to let everybody record there for free. So I had the ability to walk in that recording studio and tell everybody shut the fuck up, and they would all shut up. Why not because they were afraid of me, but because they were using my
recording studio for free. I had something they needed. Now once they finished their project, once they were done, they could politely leave out of my studio and say ice fuck you. You see, because now they don't need me. Some of the things we need from people, it could be a relationship. It could be love. You need someone's love so they have a power over you. Once those needs are no longer there, there's no more power. So let's talk about loyalty. Yeah, you got friends that are
down with you. They seem to be loyal. How do you know they're not just loyal because you're providing something for them. You're providing maybe money, maybe you're helping them out. Maybe their connection to you gives them connections to other people. That's what they're loyal to. They're not really loyal to you. They're loyal to what you're providing for them. And once you remove that or they don't need it anymore, let's
see where their loyalty lies. This is a very difficult one because this can run into family, This can run into friends, this could run into your relationship. You know, is your man or your woman with you because you are providing something for them. If you were unable to provide what you do for them, would they still be there? You know, for richer or poorer, would they still be there? It's a big question. That's a tough one, But you have to pay attention to the people around you and
see where they're loyalty. I always say blood makes me related. Loyalty makes us family. So the people that are really down for you and have your back. You know, a loyal person has your back when you're not in the room. That's what loyalty is. Someone that will hold you down when you're not in the room, somebody else try to say something out the way. It's very rare. This has
