I see his Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's Up Besides Tea? You're listening to the Daily Game, the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote comes from someone at the top of his game. He's a musician, a producer, a filmmaker, a journalist, and an actor. Questlove my homie, he says, the only mofos in my circle are people I can

learn from. I wish I could say that I got a lot of people in my circle that are just homies. I'm not really picking up game from them, but I guess, let me reiterate, I do learn things from them. And I think what he's saying is surround yourself with people that elevate you, that you can get some game from that you can get some knowledge or either I have people around me that I try to teach and they suck it up and they're eager for more information youngsters.

I like that part of my circle too, the people who are just there to receive games, just like you, guys, my listeners. If you surround yourself with people that take you down and you can't learn anything from You're gonna stagnate your game. Like I used to say, when I go out the party, I want to be the brokest person in the room because that's the way I can meet somebody that can help me. If I'm the richest person in the room, hey, that might do something for

my ego, But I can't gain in that room. If I'm the smartest person in that room, I can't learn anything. So sometimes it's good to be outmatched in your environment with people that are smarter than you, have more than you, and you can learn from them. So I understand that make your circles something that's positive, that will that take you up, not people that bring you down. That's definitely

the recipe for disaster. What you want to really do is this, be around people that challenge you, your mind and your hustle. This has been another Ice cole fact from me ice Tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay looking for people who would challenge your game and your huspital ices daily game.
