As I see you're listening to The Daily Game, the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Hey, y'all, what's up? This is Iced Tea and this is a new podcast idea that came to me.
It's called the Daily Game. I figured out on Twitter the best way to get people to come back to my page, which do something daily, and I enjoyed giving out motivational quotes, things that I've used in life and things that I've heard to help people, you know, better their life, for better their day. People were like, Yo, more people need to hear these. You should do a book. But already know people don't read you do a book. People say, hey, where can I hear it nowadays? You know?
So I said, at some point, I find a place for these quotes, and I heard Radio got at me and said, hey, let's do something with a quote of the day from Iced Tea. Your quotes and other people's quotes that you admire, And that's where we came with this idea and hopefully these quotes will reach you. I'm not only saying the quote, I'm also breaking down my understanding of the quote and how I read it and
apply it to my daily life. So hopefully you'll enjoy these and bring you up to speed on the daily game of life. So this quote is all about gossip. Here's the quote. Your character will outweigh any lie told about you. Those who know you know you. Now, this quote isn't just for celebrities. This is just for people. If you know me and someone comes with some bullshit,
you'll say, Nah, that doesn't sound like ice. I need more proof from a more evident I'm not just gonna run off with whatever this story is about me and believe it. So having a great character and having people really know who you are will shut down a hell of a lot of so called gossip. Just recently, we got a call from the Inquirer and they go, they're about to post a story about me and Chris Maloney. We're supposed to be beefing. I'm supposed to be jealous
of Chris. I took that letter and I sent it to Chris, and Chris had a laugh. He says, Oh, we're fighting. Thank you for letting me know, anybody who knows me or Chris would know that's not true. You have to understand that your character and who you are it makes it harder for them to make that kind
of ship stick. So that's why you always want to always try to maintain your character, maintain your reputation around the people close to you, and that way, that bullshit gossip as it starts to leak out, will never hold any weight with them. Your character will outweigh any lie
told about you. Those who know you know you.
