Before she complains. She'll come to me and say, Ice, this is a situation, give me the idea, give me
something you know, I know this can be accomplished. What's your plan? What's the play? Complain is just hit a wall and just start bitching. You know. Our model in my crew, my organization, final level is no complaints. Results. We bring results, not excuses, you know, And that's how you're gonna win. In this game. You could have a boss and the first time you complain to him could be the end of the road for you, could be the absolute end for the the road. They do not
want to hear it. They don't like it. My best compliment I've ever gotten in my career was from Dick Wolf of Lawn Order, and he said, iced tea is the least pain in my ass. What does that mean? That means iced tea does not complain because somebody complains is a pain in your ass. I don't complain to him. I don't I don't come to him. I don't bitch to him. I don't moan him. I make the deal, I stick with the deal. I handle my business. I
don't cause any problems. Hustlers don't complain. We figure it out, figure it out. Don't go to somebody. Oh there's a problem, No figure it out, solve the problem. And also, no one cares about the journey. No one cares. They just care about the results. You know. If I told you, hey, could you move my car from point A to point B? And you go and you get it, and you got a flat tire, and then it got told you had to go get it from the tow truck, and you had to go get it from the lot, and then
you got it back. But you got it to point B. That's all I care about. I don't really want to hear all the problems that happened. Did you get there on time? Yes? Thank you. Don't bring me all the things that happened. No one gives a fuck. You don't get bonus points for that. The object is can you get whatever the job accomplished? Can you finish the assignment?
