I see Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's Up Besides Team, You're listening to The Daily Game, the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote comes from one of my friends, Conan O'Brien, a realgy. Listen. I've been on Conan's show many many times, and I always had a great time. He's truly a cool person, and you know, I always take advice and
listen to people that I admire. He once said, there's nothing more liberating than having your worst fear realize. Now. What that means to me is that a lot of things that we're afraid of, when they finally happen and you push through them, it's liberating. It's like, Wow, I actually made it through it. Now. Some of our worst fears you'll never live through. But some things that are bad or we're afraid of, we have to go through
them to learn that you can conquer them. Now, when I was in the military, we did these things called confidence courses, and these are things where they have you walk across a rope bridge or climb up a pole that's a hundred feet in the air, or some things that you normally would be afraid to do, but once you did it, you say, I can do it, and I wouldn't be afraid necessarily to do it again. And
that's what they do. In training, especially, They'll march you a certain amount of miles that you would never naturally walk. Then in combat, if you had to make that hike, you had done it before. So they challenge your fears so that once you get past them, they're no longer fears because you've made it through it. So I understand what he says. There's nothing more liberating than having your
worst fear realized. A lot of you have been through some of the things you thought you couldn't live through, and it could make you stronger. They have this own other saying that I don't go by it. Anything that doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I'm like, yeah, but it leaves a bruise. So a lot of things you go through really do hurt you and scar you, but
in some cases it does make you stronger. So don't get caught up worrying about the worst case scenario things could happen, you know, just be prepared for what potentially could happen, and trust me, you will push past it and you most likely will pull through it. And when you do, you will come out on the other side stronger and more liberated. Just from mind yourself. You have to hustle past it and you will get through it.
Sometimes you might need help from friends, you might need other people, but one like I said, once you pop out on the other side, you'll feel so much better because you will have overcome that obstacle. This has been another ice co fact from me ice Tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass. Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay true to your hustle. ICs Daily Game.
