I's Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's up to SIDS team? You're listening to The Daily Game the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote is something I keep in mind to stay motivated. It comes from Michael Francis, former Colombo crime family boss and a friend of mine. Do what you do best and delegate the rest. That's a jewel. Do what you

do best and delegate the rest. Find other people that can do things that you may not be an expert in. I got a good friend named Tim's story. He's a motion picture director. I've known him ever since he was sixteen years old. He did a movie called Silver Surfer with all this CGI in it and all this special effects, and I asked him, I said, how do you do the special effects? He said, I don't do the special effects.

I'm surrounded with experts. I direct the actors up to a point and then the special effects people come in and they handle that. So know what you can do. I'm not a house painter, so I'm not finna try to paint my house, you know. I'm saying I know what I can do. I try to fix things sometimes and when I get to a point, I'm like, ah, I'm out of my skill set right now, I am

about to break this thing. And you have to learn how to call in experts when you step out of your realm and don't be afraid to say, hey, I do not know how to do this. I need to find somebody, hire somebody, or connect with somebody that can take it to the next level. I guess you could say this is kind of like stay in your lane. Let's put it like this. As a rapper, I know how to but I'm not a producer. I don't really

know how to run drum machines. A lot of rappers can, and they can produce and rap and sing or whatever. I'm not that guy. I'm a lyricist. I can write lyrics. I hire people to make the music I connect. I delegate that experts at that. So don't try to do everything, because you know you don't want to be a jack of all trades and master of none. You want to master something, find what you're strong at, and then whatever else is needed for the task. You have to delegate.

You have to find people that can help you and even if you don't have the money to do it right now, know that's where you're working for. You're working for a point where you can create a team that can accomplish the mission much more efficient. This has been another ice cold fact from me iced tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay knowing how to prioritize

your business. I's Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio, Final Level Entertainment and Audity and a Silent entertainment company. The show's executive producer is Noel Brown.
