I see Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's Up Beside Tea? You're listening to The Daily Game, the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote is something I want you to keep in mind to stay focused and stay motivated. People say, Ice, you've gotten soft. Yeah, well, when a lion or an alligator is sleep, it looks like you can pet them too. A lot of people will look at you. Are you

going soft? You've changed? My thing is this, Like people will come up to me all the time and be like, well, you're not mean. I thought you'd be bean. I'm like, well, you're not my enemy. People that walk around acting tough all the time, or really people you have to worry about the least, because they're concerned with how you see them. They're concerned with how you look at them, and really they're probably scared, so they acting tough in attempt that

you won't challenge them. I never worried about them. I've always worried about the guy that's nice, the guy that sits in the corner. And it's very calm. Like I say, the tough guys not the guy to worry about. It's the guy that'll sit in front of you, show you the picture of his kids, and then take a dinner fork and pull your eye out of your head, and then finish his dinner. People that are really powerful don't have to yell, They don't have to posture like that.

They know they're dangerous and they know they can handle themselves. If you go to a kung fu academy, the new students walk around with their fists in front of them, ready to go, but the master is strolling around real slow with his hands behind his back. Class just walking calmly because he knows he could fuck you up. So pay attention to people's behavior and the fact that, hey, I might look because seems soft. As a smart man, I'll tell you I am soft, because why would I

tell you I'm hard? To put you on alert. So watch people's behavior. You know, the person that looks like the dangerous person most likely isn't. When I was in a room for the guys getting high, I would always pay attention to the cast that weren't getting high, the ones that are acting more crazy and wild, Those aren't necessary ones you have to be aware of. It's the man that's in the corner. It's just watching everything. He's the dangerous one. This has been another Ice cole fact

from me Ice Tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass. Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay hustling.
