I Seize Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's Up to SiZ Team. You're listening to The Daily Game, the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote is something I put in the practice almost on a daily basis. Pay attention before you argue with someone, ask yourself if that person is even mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of different perspectives,

because if not, there's absolutely no point. Everybody sees things from a different perspective, and if you're talking to somebody that can only see things from their side, you're wasting your time in the argument with them because they're never going to understand how you may see it or put it in another perspective. I don't argue with people anyway period.

As soon as I have a view and they have a view and we don't match up, then I'm like, cool, that's how you feel, and I'll stick with how I feel. I'm not going to sit up in debate and break down all these things. Some people love to argue. That's just their life, that's their importance in life. Is to argue. But if you are in argument with somebody, you have to understand whether they can even grasp the idea of

from seeing it from a different side. Say if we were talking about gangs, and I'm telling you that, yo, these kids are poor, these kids are broke, They're coming from broken homes. They're connecting with each other as a family. A lot of times, kids and gangs, this is the closest thing they ever got to family. When I started hanging around homies in my hood, I had never heard the word love so much. I love you, I got love for you, homie. I wasn't hearing that at home.

Someone who can't grasp that. There's no sense in talking to them about gang life because they come from another place and they don't get it. So don't waste your time in a conversation with somebody who only sees things from their side. I guess that's what I'm trying to say with that statement. I always say, you don't have to attend every argument you're invited to. This has been another ice cold fact from me iced tea. Listening again

tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass. Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay knowing that it's not worth spending your energy trying to change anyone's mind if they're not open to changing the way they think. I sees Daily Gaming.
