I See's Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's Up Size, Team? You're listening to The Daily Game the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I found inspiring and helped me through the game of life. Today's quote is from one of my favorite comedians, George Carlin, who I think was an absolute genius, because George can make comedy out of some of the darkest subjects and have you laugh in your ass off, and his comedy

was just really just about human nature. Great man and dearly missed. George says, everyone appreciates your honesty until you're honest with them, then you're an asshole. Being honest with your friends is sometimes difficult because some of your friends really are assholes, and you have to sometimes let them know and say some shit to them about and how they are handling business or doing things, and sometimes it

lands wrong. But everybody likes you to be honest. It's kind of like everyone likes to hear jokes until the jokes aimed at them and they're the butt of the joke. Then it ain't funny. So Carlin was great at that, and I think Carlin was one of those people like the guys on South Park, who knew how to offend everybody, so everybody was equally offended. He would to attack everybody and catch everybody and let them know how they're wrong or stupid or their behavior is unacceptable. So that's what

made him so great. I think that Dave Chappelle has the same ability as Carlin Is to take normal things and just make you look at them from different perspectives. But everybody appreciates your honesty until you get honest with them and tell them about themselves. Then you're an asshole. So it's very real comment that we have sometimes know that sometimes it's not too cool to get honest with people that are close to you. They don't truly really want to hear how you feel about it. This has

been another ice cold fact from me iced tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass till then, stay safe, stay smart, and stay knowing it. Honesty is the best policy, even if it pisses people off. Icy's Daily Gaming is a production of iHeartRadio, Final Level Entertainment and Oddity, an Asylum entertainment company.
