I See's Daily Game. It's a production of iHeartRadio. What's up to size team? You're listening to The Daily Game the compilation of motivational quotes I've collected over the years that I've found inspiring and help me through the game of life. Today's quote is something I keep in mind and it will help keep you focused in life. We just can't trim the branches. We have to address the root of the issue. A lot of times there'll be a problem and you'll say, well, just handle this, this

is the problem. You really need to find out what is causing that problem, the root of the issue, if you really want to handle it. It's like being out in your garden and you're pulling weeds, but you're just snapping them off at the top. What that weed is going to grow right back? You got to dig that thing up from the root to totally remove it. And when you go talk to a psychiatrist, they take you

all the way back to your childhood. They want to find out what started this problem or what created this manner and the way you think, a lot of it has to do with the root where everything starts. So a lot of times when you have a problem you have an issue, trimming a branch is not going to help it. A lot of times when you have a problem, just trimming the branches dealing with that superficial problem isn't

going to help it. You have to get to the bottom of it, you know, Like if your kid is talking back to you, like why, why are you talking back to me? What makes you want to react like that, Let's address that. And if you address that, they might say, well, you know you're not listening to me, That's why I talk like that. If I thought you was listening to me,

maybe I wouldn't snap back at you. Then you might have to address it from your end because a lot of times problems can be solved by getting to the root of the issue, not just dealing with the superficial problem. This has been another ice cold fact from me iced tea. Listening again tomorrow when I drop some wisdom on your ass. Till then, stay safe, stay smart, and be intelligent about fixing issues in your life. You'll be stronger for it. I Sees Daily Game. It's a production of iHeart Radio,
