The holidays are often rough for people with mental illness, especially with outside pressures making it worse. We have to work our way through them, try to keep a happy face, but sometimes we can't. These past few days have been a rollercoaster of sorts and I needed to get some thoughts out. Death, the future, family, listen as I sort out the last few days of my life.
