On todays episode we talk about the fact that nothings personal. as literal as it sounds. nothing others do or say its because of you, but because of themselves... whatever people say, think or do, is a projection of their own reality, so, change your perspective, understand that everyone is battling with their own demons and therefore, the way they live, might not be the happiest, however, this has nothing to do with you and you should never carry unnecessary weight.
