A teenage girl living in Anchorage, Alaska, Cynthia’s learning disability caused her to function at a middle school level, and as such could easily be taken advantage of. In a stunning series of events, Cynthia was set up by her so-called friends and executed. The teens planned Hoffman's murder after meeting a man online (from Indiana) who said he would give them $9 million to kill someone and send him videos and photos as proof.
