Pilot Episode 2- Frozen and High Performance Employees

During this preview episode of I'm Only Human, Ami and Patrick uncover the true villains of Disney animated film Frozen and discuss the various ways that Elsa was set up for failure.   This week's episode focuses upon high performance/high needs employees and the unique challenges and opportunities that these types of employees present. We explore tactics for ensuring that these employees retain focus and maximize their potential.
