Episode description

This week I sit down with wellness physician, author, and TedX alumni Dr. Sukhi Muker  about his work, helping people heal the past and create new futures through neuroscience, biology, physics, and rewiring the nervous system. Dr. Sukhi starts by sharing with the audience that our nervous systems desire growth and evolution, that we have an innate internal draw to expand. Dr. Sukhi addresses the fears of change and breaking through stagnation. He provides three tips for creating integration, on your healing journey that will allow you to continuously regenerate. Dr. Sukhi also reminds that audience, that the work we do on an individual level, heals and unites the collective. He asks the questions, "Does this move my nervous system to more of what I want to see in the world?"
