The Road to 100,000 Recruits

On this episode, Adam Roach talks to his lifelong friend and business partner Josh Licht about how they grew their business to 100,000 recruits.  They discuss how they started the company when Adam had an idea for a system and Josh told him he could create it.  They also talk about how they made themselves their only competition, and didn't worry about other competitors as long as they were helping their clients in the best way possible.  They share their experiences in moving into many other spaces as clients would ask if they could help in new areas of expertise, and how important it is to work with a partner whose values align with your own.  All of this lead to this week when they hit 100,000 recruits!
