On this episode, Adam discusses the 6th step of recruiting: self discovery. He explains how important it is when recruiting someone to get them to a point where they discover they need to make a change, and shares ways to stay in front of them so that you are who they think of when they realize they need that change. He gives an example of someone he recruited who he sent different books to each month, and how it got to the point that the admin would say "Here's another book from that Adam Roach guy." Staying in front of someone like that matters so much for the moment something happens in their day that makes them start to question where they are. If you can stay in the front of their mind, they will remember you as a solution for them when they need one.
