Don't Think, Don't Talk, Decide to Do It with Ken Wimberly

On this episode, Adam talks to Ken Wimberly about how he grew a real estate team, net lease company, positive laundormat, and parent to child digital scrapbooking app by always putting his intentions out into the world.  Ken shares how when he shifted into real estate, and specifically investing in land, he reached  out to all of his sphere and told them what he was doing, and he immediately had deals to start working.  After growing a wildly successful net lease company, becoming Keller Williams' top Net Lease broker in 3 years, he started a laundromat that was different than other laundromats: it only had positive TV on, had a play area for kids AND an educational area for them as well.  Later, he fulfilled his bigger why by starting the Legacy of Love app, where parents can journal at all stages of their child's life and give them that journal when they are adults.  Ken explains how in all of these endeavors, finding a mentor who had done the things he wanted to do was as crucial to his success as telling the world what he was setting out to do.
