Episode description

In this episode, I'm experimenting with the format a bit more than usual and doing what would be a solo podcast with my first guest, Michael. Only this time, I get to tell him something I know too much about: Russian Mat. Mat is a part of the Russian language that consists of four curse words and over 15,000 different phrases you can use them with. Here’s the dictionary I referenced for my research: http://www.russki-mat.net/e/Russian.php The New Yorker also has two excellent articles on Mat, and the episode of Tell Me Something I Don’t Know is called “Collections.” If you like the show, please consider subscribing and leaving us a review on Apple Podcasts or wherever you're listening!
