Through the two surveys he and his team have complied, he is trying to find out what Craft Beer Drinkers in Texas are really drinking and where they are going for a pint out. (When we could go do) Also, how breweries can use this information to be better at serving the Craft Beer community.

My conversation was so interesting since most of my guests we talk about our opinions and thoughts about beers, breweries and the culture of craft beer. This was around actual numbers and data that was derived from the craft beer community, so the shift from opinion to facts was so fun.
