Episode 4: Changing your environment

"You can't heal in a toxic environment" Have you ever heard of that? well it's true! It's a small yet powerful statement. Whatever you're working on or trying to change has to start with the environment you are in physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The most challenging part about changing your environment is asking yourself if you want to stay in your toxic comfort zone or if you want to change for the better. it's possible with baby steps and time.
