Michelle:

Who am I without my job? Do I have ADHD? Why don't I make more money? Do I need Botox? Why am I so mean to myself? Am I a bad person? Do my friends hate me? Am I falling behind in life? What is my life purpose? Am I gonna regret not having kids? Are my parents toxic or just not white? Can we be friends if we disagree politically? Am I supposed to sleep with one person for the rest of my life?

Those questions haunting you at 3am? ⁓

That existential dread you can't shake? You're not the only one.

Welcome to I Feel That Way Too, where we tackle life's messiest questions head on. No filters, no perfect answers, just real conversations about relationships, friendship breakups, identity crisis, and everything keeping us up at night. Because sometimes the greatest relief comes from knowing you're not alone. You're just human.

Kai Cheng Thom:

Sahaj Kaur Kohli:

I never really developed a sense of self-trust because I was always waiting for someone else to tell me this is okay, this is right, this is what happened.

Leanne Yau:

One of those things that is so kind of ingrained is the idea that like your sexuality is not your own. Like your sexuality, like, is your partner's. ⁓

Kai Cheng Thom:

I believe that everyone has a part of themselves that they do not love. Or maybe many parts that they don't love, that they hate or actually like repulsed by.

Michelle:
