Chris O'Connor was the lead investigator on Task Force ‘Spectrum’ which was responsible for investigating the abduction and sexual assault of several schoolgirls in Victoria and sadly the murder of one of those girls. This case is wildly known as the Mr Cruel Investigation. Today Chris gives us a rare inside look into the decades-long investigation.
