Today we are talking about trusting yourself. I talk about my past as an abuse survivor and my lack of self-trust that stems from the events.
Selt trust can be compromised by small and major life events. We can not control what other people do, but we can control how we view and trust ourselves.
This is a two-part episode where we also discuss things we can do to improve trust in ourselves.
