Episode description

Being rational is not enough to heal yourself.

Knowing that the trauma you experienced was wrong is not enough to heal.

Knowing all the stats, information, ways of healing, and the problems caused by trauma are not enough to heal.

Knowing all there is to know about trauma is not enough to heal.

The journey to healing yourself is not only what you do in your brain.

It isn't only theory and academics.

It is not enough to heal if you only know what you know, up in your head and nowhere else.

You must let the knowing be felt in your body, in your cells, in your heart, in your soul, in your gut, and everywhere.

***Let your trauma rest in the arms of your own compassion***

It is NOT a journey where you don't know the endpoint. Your journey is back to yourself. You already know the way.

******Stay to the end to find out how I found my way.******
