The question is: do you really only want to sleep with one person for ever?  I sit down with Marco and Imari to discuss open relationships and non-monogamist lifestyles. Macro is in an open relationship with his partner and they have a child together while Imari is in an open relationship with his girlfriend. They help set the scene for what is essentially “open relationships for dummies” and share what it is like for them.   We cover the topics of jealousy and fear, which are rooted in the common questions that come up of ‘are you afraid of losing your partner to someone else’ or ‘doesn’t it make you feel like you’re not enough?' We talk about toxic monogamist norms that leave many people feeling guilty and trapped.  Marco and Imari challenge monogamists to ask themselves:are you following these rules because you want to or because you can't imagine how it would work?
