Episode 19: Trust Matters

Establishing a definition of trust is my starting point for every team I work with. It is the foundational element that every team needs to succeed. But it’s just the start of the power that trust holds. 

Once defined, trust evolves into a tool for the entire team, especially when adversity arrives. 

Knowing that you can trust the person next to you and that they can trust you eliminates a lot of the roadblocks that a team may face when adversity (internal or external) arrives. 

Understanding that there is no maliciousness in addition to having confidence in your group is a hallmark of a high performing team.

Establish it. Nurture it. Believe in it!
