Sisters with Mental Illness - How Does that Work?

Two sisters living with Mental Illness, navigating our way through supporting each other and surviving.  In this premier episode, we are introducing ourselves, Randi Berenguer and Heather Honold.  Sisters living with Bipolar Disorder, Complex PTSD, depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, and more. Our goal is to bring awareness to mental illness from our perspective.  Today you'll learn just a bit about us, our story, and what is to come.  We are sharing our story to invite others to do the same.  Our mission is to play a part in ending the stigma around mental illness.  We are also coming from a perspective of how to love someone with a mental illness.  We swear we laugh, we cry, we're real, and we're raw... we are authentically ourselves to show others it is okay to do the same.
