Our next guest is Mikey Rinaldo (they/them) and they're the roaster/founder of New Math Coffee highlighting specialty Asian coffees. Mikey found coffee as an escape while pursuing their PhD in literature. There's this beauty in the ephemeral nature of a good cup of coffee. Many things has to come together for it to be a good cup. Mikey has a healthy perspective with the craft of striving for a great cup of coffee while honoring the amount of work that begins with the farmers that had to go into a good cup of coffee.
