EPISODE 52 SCOTT LEMOS AT WORLD'S TOUGHEST MUDDER!!!

On this episode I talk to my good friend Scott Lemos on how he got 50 miles at World's Toughest Mudder and stayed on the course for 24 hours! He tells us about how the event goes down , how the race works and how different strategies come into play with the way Tough Mudder does their race.
