Here are some thoughts on long-term motivation.

Here are some thoughts on long-term motivation.
Some thoughts on finding what you're meant to do! Using experiential introspection can not only help us learn more about ourselves, but what we may want to explore in the future. When we find what we want, sometimes it can deeply resonate within us.
Some thoughts on working deeply, finding your flow, and checking stuff off your todo list!
Some thoughts on articulating thoughts!
Thoughts on gratitude!
Patience can help us achieve our goals if we use it strategically. There's some disagreement over the importance of patience, but it depends on how we apply it. We can use it to temper the "edge" of our ambition to help avoid burnout and save us from some tempting shortcuts.
It's good to have people around you who align with your values and goals!
Some thoughts! This video was filmed in response to a friend worried about becoming an adult and having to make a living, pay bills, and other fun grownup stuff. It definitely is a change for some people, but the outlook is not as daunting as it may seem.
Some thoughts on how we can better connect with others by working on understanding ourselves and understanding others!
Here are some thoughts on friendship!I think there are at least 2 parts to this:1.) Finding new opportunities to meet people and make friends2.) Learning to be a better friend.Shared experiences can help grow friendships. We can do this by pursuing a passion. This is sometimes done through some combination of the following:a.) building somethingb.) joining others in a mutually shared pursuit (like fitness, art, or warm beverages)A good goal for being a better friend might be to learn to treat ou...
Some thoughts on confidence! It can come as a result of experience and understanding and not necessarily the other way around. Better understanding both your own capabilities and the capabilities of others can help you develop the contextual awareness and repetition that allows you to be more confident.
Here's something I've been using to make better (and faster) decisions. Feel free to adapt it to your situation - it make work differently for different people.
I enjoyed making this video! It's not directly fitness related, but they've helped me improve myself and feel more contentment and fulfillment (not necessarily just temporary happiness). Additionally, these have helped me be less anxious, more secure, and have helped reconcile some fears.Even if my own methods and approaches toward this don't work for you, I think these are all valuable skills to develop. If you can find some way for them to work for you, that's awesome.
Learning to be intentional with my time has been a game changer. Here's are some things that helped!
Here's a structured approach I use for staying consistent on things! I might make an infographic to give different ideas and make this easier to understand.
When our life is aligned, effort can feel good! When we're exercising or making healthy choices in our life, it's not ONLY for the sake of physical healthy. It's to move us toward a life where we enjoy the things we do, hard work or otherwise. I think that's pretty cool. Have a wonderful day!
Some thoughts on respect and the value of value
In this video, I discuss the popular notion of pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones to foster personal growth, especially within fitness circles. While discomfort can drive adaptation and growth, it may only be part of the equation. I discuss "experiential introspection" and illustrate it with the parable of the Stone Cutter's Tale. The story highlights the importance of not just trying new things but also reflecting on these experiences—repeated as a cycle—to truly understand and expand o...
Just sharing thoughts on what I'd like to build, grow, and "perfect" over the next decade!
Here are some thoughts on balancing self-improvement with authenticity! There are 2 perspectives I guess 1.) Don't be yourself. Be better. 2.) Be yourself, but explore new things to learn what "yourself" means. Ultimately, I guess these are roads that lead to similar destinations. Have a wonderful day!
Talking about building trust through time, depth, and actually be trustworthy!
Here are some ways to improve life that AREN'T related to your physical appearance. Appearance does matter in some contexts, but they're not the only thing. Sometimes we may lose perspective on this in our pursuit of self-improvement. There may be other, more impactful ways you can strive to improve yourself! In this video, I talk about some ways to improve, how they've impacted me, and some methods I've picked up while working on myself.
Lacking motivation could be "laziness," but it could also be a sign of something deeper.

This is a follow up to last year's video on finding friends. I don't claim to be a "dating expert" - do those exist? However, these are things I do wish I knew when I was single. If they can help you, that's great!
I talk a little bit about what I *personally* want from my life and career. I want to protect and provide for my family and loved ones. I want that possibly more than anything else in the world. But I also want to give to others and help them freely. So while providing for my family often involves material goods, I never want to do this through taking from others. I want to make money through serving the needs and wants of others. I want to provide for my family by providing for others. This is ...
