Energy Modeling, mind you, is not to be confused with it's more common incarnation the Load Calculation, which has been used as a peak load, design day, sizing tool for HVAC systems for many years. This is the more encompassing tool that allows you to optimize the size of your equipment and target energy use throughout the year.
