Episode description

Hello Creators!

How often do you get to listen to your voice? Do you ever capture your thoughts?

How can you tell whether you present yourself authentically to the world?

In this episode, I’ll share my own journey of reclaiming my voice through podcasting and memoir writing. I’d also share the latest scientific findings from epigenetics and total biology, claiming that things we ignore to say, think, or feel doesn’t end up in a vacuum. Instead, they rear their head later in life manifesting as a disease.

Vocalizing your thoughts teaches you to formulate them better. Without it, your thoughts float mindlessly and you never really capture them. Some of them are influenced by what you consume daily, and the more you consume, the more squeezed your own thoughts are.

Talking to yourself is essentially hearing yourself speak for the first time. It helps to dissect your own voice from the filler thoughts of others and all the inauthenticity coming from conditioning.

Thank you for tuning in! Hopefully, something piqued your interest in today's episode and maybe stirred a bit of flow in your life. If you wanted to share your experiences or just say hi, feel free to reach out to me via email: humanly.space@gmail.com or find me on my IG under humanly.space.
