In particular he has coached many hospital presidents, vice presidents operations/finance, department chairs and chiefs.  Dr. Gatto consults on matters of organizational effectiveness, conducts face-to-face and virtual programs and also conducts one-on-one and team coaching.  He was the 2013 recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
