In this episode of How To Twenty-Something I talk about what it means to have a gratitude practice in place and why you should consider adopting one. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I highlight how this holiday encourages us to reflect on the blessings in our lives and how this should become a regular practice in our day to day. Being appreciative means you are in a place of abundance and positivity versus lack and negativity. We need a positive outlook in order to enjoy our life, how far we’ve come, and all that we have to look forward to.
