How to Thrive: Mind & Body Wellbeing for the Modern Woman

Nickie Hursthousewww.nickiehursthouse.com

How to Thrive is the podcast for women transform their relationship with food, cultivate body confidence and unlock their true potential.

Your host, Nickie Hursthouse is a mum, business owner, dietitian and yoga teacher. Nickie has worked in the world of behaviour change and nutrition for 12 years. In that time she has seen how disconnected we have become from our bodies and how this then impacts how we feel around food.

By reconnecting with our body, respecting its needs and nourishing it properly, all women can feel confident around food and in their body.  Because everybody deserves to feel good in their body.

Nickie has coached CEOs, business leaders, business owners and everyday women to heal their relationship with food, with their body, unlock more energy, master their stress and have the resources they need to thrive.

We aren’t meant to navigate this world alone, community and accountability are essential when we want to make change. Nickie hopes this podcast will be your go-to place to educate and inspire, coming directly to you each week, and that it will allow you to take the first step towards where you want to be.
