Event Horizon (1997) tells the story of the crew of the Lewis and Clark, a spacecraft on a mission to recover another ship (the Event Horizon) which has been missing for seven years. When they reach the Event Horizon (accompanied by the ship's designer, Dr. Weir), the crew are overwhelmed by ghostly events and their very survival is soon at stake.
