93 - The things I learnt when upgrading Symfony 5

Welcome to the first live podcast show! In todays episode I talk about the things I learnt when upgrading the HTCW CMS and API to Symfony 5.
I discuss why I needed to do the upgrade earlier than I expected and how I planned to roll out the new system. The upgrade didn't go smoothly and lots of bugs were discovered after the rollout. As the system was being upgraded I kept notes of what I would and wouldn't do again and how to avoid the same problems. These notes will be used when I upgrade the system to PHP 8.
