Dr. Felicia Phillips is a master business strategist and president of the U S Business Women's network. She owns an award-winning agency, PPIC which stands for People, Process Impact & Culture and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. PPIC is focused on helping diverse businesses grow and scale while assisting corporations with their supplier diversity initiatives. PPIC is responsible for spearheading Delta airlines, supplier development academy.

Felicia is a 29-year serial entrepreneur and member of the Forbes Coaches Council and has been featured in Upscale magazine, the Huffington Post, Rolling Out Magazine, CBS Better Mornings, TLC centric, TV, and many other outlets.

She also had the pleasure of working with Georgia State University. Andrew Young School of Policy. The Urban League of Greater Atlanta Entrepreneurship Center, city of Atlanta. Dr. Phillips received the Phoenix award from her former city of Atlanta, Mayor Kasim Reed for her commitment to sustainability. She also got the 2015 connector award, the 2016 influence her award, and Council's 2018 class supplier of the year.

Felicia is also a wife, mother, and influencer. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband Anders and two adult children, Sierra and Grant. Alicia believes that with strong faith and clear goals, success is inevitable.
