January, February, March. Here we go. March 9th. Looks like the most notable thing was the anticipation of spring. Will the cool front finally move on? Cool front. Like they had no idea that the storm was coming. March 10th headline. Glowing lights at night. Aliens or Springfield Corp disaster? Seems like it reports on an explosion near the Springfield Corp plant around 11.20pm the evening before.
Fingers initially pointed towards eco-terrorists, but the plan has been mysteriously abuzz with movement this morning. There are rumors of missing employees, although nothing has been confirmed. Police are being strong-armed to maintain a perimeter and not talk to reporters. Wow. They really kept people in the dark here. Latest update. Black bags on stretchers have been seen leaving the area. As many as three so far.
May 11, 1989. Three employees of Springfield Corporation confirmed to have perished in accident late Thursday evening. One additional employee, Alexander Mendez, has been labeled as missing with no body found amongst the rubble. May 12, 1989. Springfield Corporation vanishes. Almost overnight, the Springfield Corporation building has been vacated. No longer closed to the public, there are no signs of equipment, activity, or any other indication that the company even existed.
