Episode description

How do you stay positive when facing life-altering surgery?

John sits down with comedian, satirist, and friend, Matt Forde, to talk about his experiences of cancer.

At the age of just 40 Matt was told he had a 1-in-a-million rare form of cancer that required radical surgery that would change his life forever. Matt explains how, despite having his positive outlook on life gravely tested, he was able to come through and remain hopeful.

On Thursday in our bonus episode The Gratitude List, Matt shares the 5 things that he is currently grateful for.
