[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome, how swipes of true crime, Monday edition, and guess what, I have a, I have sad news actually because I have a live show that we did on the cruise, and I cannot wait to share it with you guys. [SPEAKER_01]: people that recorded it, they were crime wave, that's where we went on the cruise. [SPEAKER_01]: They were having trouble with getting us the audio.
[SPEAKER_01]: And so they promised me they were going to have the audio to me by Tuesday, which means I can have the episode ready for Wednesday. [SPEAKER_01]: So instead of a Monday case, you are going to get a Wednesday case, I really apologize because I hate doing that. [SPEAKER_01]: You guys, I have not missed an episode in six and a half years. [SPEAKER_01]: So this will be, I think my first episode that I missed, but I did record it. [SPEAKER_01]: And it's so good.
[SPEAKER_01]: I recorded it also while we recorded it live on the cruise ship. [SPEAKER_01]: And Jenny was with me for my partner. [SPEAKER_01]: I think you guys are going to love her. [SPEAKER_01]: Like I said, I think if you listen to my Patreon episode, I've known her for 18 years. [SPEAKER_01]: I think we [SPEAKER_01]: I just, she has this connection with me. [SPEAKER_01]: She's been with me for a really long time in life.
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I just know you guys are going to enjoy this episode. [SPEAKER_01]: So I don't want, I was going to re-record it and play it for you and so the live version, but I really think that the live version is great. [SPEAKER_01]: And so I want to play it for you also. [SPEAKER_01]: Let me just tell you. [SPEAKER_01]: I went on this crime wave cruise. [SPEAKER_01]: I had no idea what to expect. [SPEAKER_01]: I really didn't.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I was invited to come with about six other maybe five other creators. [SPEAKER_01]: And I had I didn't know any of them. [SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't know the crime people, their in events company that put stuff together, fun, like very fun, fun kind of events. [SPEAKER_01]: And I said yes on a whim and it was more than I expected. [SPEAKER_01]: It was, it was just so fun. [SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't believe it.
[SPEAKER_01]: It was a mash-up of all kinds of different people from all over. [SPEAKER_01]: There was one woman that I met who was taking, I'm asking everybody what state they were from. [SPEAKER_01]: And I think she had about 30 different states. [SPEAKER_01]: 500 true cramp bands came to the boat to hang out and spend four days together and it was just it was something I will definitely never forget and they're going to do it again. [SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be great.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be even better. [SPEAKER_01]: This was their first time. [SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, he worked out all the kinks and all that. [SPEAKER_01]: the first time, but I really think it was run pretty well. [SPEAKER_01]: There are some things that I'll let them know that I think I would change, but really, it was great. [SPEAKER_01]: Also, Courtney and Jade are disco biscuits that came. [SPEAKER_01]: And they were so fun. [SPEAKER_01]: There was a few others also.
[SPEAKER_01]: Housewives are true crime, disco biscuits that also made their way to the crime crews. [SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, we just had the best time. [SPEAKER_01]: We karaokeed. [SPEAKER_01]: We played game show. [SPEAKER_01]: We, what else did we do? [SPEAKER_01]: We got told we were not allowed to go down the water slide because we didn't sign up for the cabana. [SPEAKER_01]: We got a little trouble.
[SPEAKER_01]: We were getting like the whistle blown on us all left and right at the Cocoa K. And we just, um, if you [SPEAKER_01]: Some people hate them, some people love them. [SPEAKER_01]: And I like organized fun, so it was great. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I think that's it that's all I have to say. [SPEAKER_01]: I would love to talk more. [SPEAKER_01]: I will actually talk more about some of the actual things that happened on my Thursday episode.
