Pete Gooding is a DJ and artist manager that has a connection with Ibiza that runs deep. Not only was he a visitor from a very young age (experiencing the island through multiple family holidays), his decade-long residency at Cafe Mambo, weaving musical narratives across a kaleidoscope of genres, cemented his reputation as a true sultan of the sunset. In our chat, Pete tells us how he first discovered Alfredo and Amnesia, his hilarious first meeting with the iconic José Padilla, how his work as Musical Director at Hostal La Torre allowed him to keep the Balearic fire burning and his relentless obsession in discovering new music to play in beautiful places.
