Recovering From The Jessieville Tornado

Melissia Speers, Jessieville School District Superintendent and Kendal Glomski, Director of Curriculum and Instruction join us today  to talk about the recovery efforts following the tornado that hit Jessieville in January 2023. The twister hit without warning, but thanks to a security officer folks were warned to take cover. Within minutes citizens jumped into action as first responders. Armed with chainsaws and trucks they began moving the trees and debris – neighbors helping neighbors!
